Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Every issue ships free of charge, wherever you are. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days in the UK and Western Europe, and up to 28 working days to South America and Africa; see the estimated delivery times on our Next Issue page.
When will my issue be dispatched?
Orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month are dispatched on the 1st of the following month. Orders placed between the 16th and the last day of the month are dispatched on the 15th of the following month. Dispatch dates refer to when your order is sent, not delivered.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before the 1st of the month, when your next issue is charged, to stop future charges. No questions asked.
What if I don't like my first issue?
We want you to enjoy the experience. If your first issue isn't quite what you expected, you may request a refund of the subscription fee paid for that issue. This offer applies to your first issue only and is available once per customer. It does not apply to subsequent issues, renewal payments, or any other purchases. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details within 14 days of receiving your first issue.
I missed an issue. Can I still buy it?
A limited number of past issues may occasionally become available after the original subscription window closes. Availability varies by issue. Once sold out, an issue will not be restocked or reprinted. Please note that Past Issues do not include the introductory Stamp Rally postcard supplied with a new membership.
